Egyptian filmmaker and actress, graduated from the Jesuit Cairo Film School in 2022, and later joined the Egyptian Producers Club for a period of time. In 2023, she participated in the Aflamna for Impact Lab, and in 2025 she joined the Qafila Bayn Cinemaiyat workshop.

She has directed three short films and is currently working on her first documentary film, which is now in post-production. She has also participated in several film workshops and development labs, most recently the consultancy workshop by Qafila Bayn Cinemaiyat and Doc House Tunisia.

She is currently pursuing a diploma in Cultural Development, driven by her interest in working within the film industry and film festivals, as well as her ongoing curiosity about film distribution processes and film selection practices across different cinematic programs. This passion gradually developed through her filmmaking studies and her experience working largely as a one-man crew on her projects, which often led her to take on additional roles as a producer and distributor, both for her own films and in collaboration with other filmmakers.

Artistic Statement

Her artistic approach, particularly through photography, revolves around women, social issues, and memory, explored through conceptual methodologies that strongly reflect her visual and intellectual interests. She is currently working on a family archive project, which has become a central point in her artistic practice and the core focus of her current work, allowing her to reflect on personal memory, human relationships, and the emotional residue of images.
