Omar Samir El-Shaarawy | Visual Artist

Third-year student at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Luxor University (Painting Department). My artistic practice focuses on contemporary realism, with a deep interest in the study of light and shadow (Chiaroscuro) and the intricate textures within the artwork. I am dedicated to documenting Egyptian identity and heritage. I I have participated in several prominent art events, including the Ibdaa Festival and the Farouk Hosny Foundation for Culture and Arts competition. 

Artist Statement
I paint vivid scenes inspired by reality and the Egyptian environment, especially Upper Egypt and its rich cultural and human details.
